Na Specjalności Rytmika wykłada następujące przedmioty: rytmikę, improwizację fortepianową, solfeż, kompozycję ruchową utworów muzycznych, proseminarium metody Dalcroze’a oraz rytmikę w profilaktyce i terapii. Konsultant Centrum Edukacji Artystycznej, a także członek La Fédération Internationale des Enseignants de Rythmique. Przewodnicząca komitetu organizacyjnego oraz członek komitetu naukowego the 4th International Conference of Dalcroze Studies (2018 – 2019). Pomysłodawca Ogólnopolskiej Sesji Warsztatowej nt.: „Muzyka i ruch w działaniach terapeutycznych”, którą organizowała w latach 2002 – 2013. Posiada długoletnie doświadczenie związane z zastosowaniem rytmiki na etapie edukacji wczesnoszkolnej w szkołach ogólnych oraz muzycznych. Od 26 lat pełnił funkcję opiekuna Koła Naukowego Rytmiki oraz kierownika artystycznego Teatru Rytmu „Katalog” działającego w ramach Akademii Muzycznej w Katowicach.
Zainteresowania badawcze
Specjalizuje się w interpretacjach ruchowych muzyki XX wieku. W sferze jej szczególnych zainteresowań pozostaje solfeż Dalcroze’owski, a także terapeutyczny aspekt metody rytmiki. Jest autorką siedmiu projektów badawczych obejmujących problematykę edukacji muzycznej oraz interpretacji dzieła muzycznego.

Research and teaching staff member of the Department of Music Education and Eurhythmics at the Faculty of Composition, Conducting, Theory and Music Education of the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. At the Eurhythmics Specialization, lectures on the following subjects: eurhythmics, piano improvisation, solfege, movement composition of musical works, proseminar of the Dalcroze method and eurrhythmics in prevention and therapy. In the Department of Dance, conducts classes in ear training, while as part of an interdisciplinary interuniversity course (UŚ, ASP and AM) leads classes in choreotherapy with eurhythmics therapy.
Consultant to the Center for Arts Education, and member of La Fédération Internationale des Enseignants de Rythmique. Chair of the organization committee and member of the scientific committee of the 4th International Conference of Dalcroze Studies (2018 –2019). Originator of the National Workshop Session on “Music and Movement in Therapeutic Activities,” which she organized from 2002 to 2013. Anetta Pasternak has many years of experience related to the application of eurhythmics at the early childhood education stage in comprehensive and music schools. For 26 years, she held the position of supervisor of the Scientific Circle of Eurhythmics and artistic director of the Rhythm Theater “Katalog” operating within the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice.
Research interests
Specializes in movement interpretations of 20th century music. Her special interests include Dalcroze solfege, as well as the therapeutic aspect of eurhythmics. She is the author of seven research projects involving issues of music education and interpretation of musical work.
Scientific and pedagogical activities
In Poland and abroad, she has given numerous lectures and workshops, including at the Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź, the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań, the Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk, as well as the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, Coventry University in the UK, Showa University of Music in Tokyo, the Institute of Rhythm in Hellerau in Germany, the E. Jaques-Dalcroze Institute in Geneva, Pedagogical University in Odessa and Sumy in Ukraine, as well as in the United States - Institute for Jaques-Dalcroze Education in Bethlehem, University of Washington in Seattle, Westminster Choir College in Princeton, and education centers in Taiwan and Thailand.
